Boise Airport is right outside of town, approximately 10 minutes from the hotels. Boise offers nonstop service to 27 destinations; see the map here.


Shuttle

The majority of ground transportation services for Boise Airport are located on the lower level roadway outside of the baggage claim area, with the exception of Rideshare services. On the lower level, cross to the median and look for the color coded curbs.

Roommates / Ride Share

Attendees can arrange roommates and/or ride shares using our conference app, Whova. Look for the “Find a Roommate” and “Sharing a Ride” message boards under the Community tab.

Three of SEJ’s hotels are sold out. Two have rooms available but no longer at the SEJ rate. One new hotel has rooms at SEJ rate (see below).

Check Airbnb and VRBO. These are great options if you have colleagues/friends with whom you’d be willing to share lodging.

Getting Around While You're There

Travelling by bus between BSU and your hotel:

1. Valley Regional Transit provides ValleyRide bus services and ACCESS/paratransit service. 

2. The Bronco Shuttle is a free service provided by Boise State University Department of Public Safety, which carries students, faculty and guests all around campus.

  • Routes and live shuttle tracker.
  • During peak hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) the shuttle frequency is approximately every eight minutes.
  • During non-peak shuttle hours (5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.) shuttle frequency is approximately every fifteen minutes.
  • Note: Blue, Orange, and Grey routes will be operating during BSU’s Spring semester. Blue and Orange shuttles will run from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Grey route will run Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to Noon.

NOTE: If you have limited mobility and require assistance getting back and forth between the Student Union Building and your hotel, please indicate that when registering online or reach out to SEJ directly: sej@sej.org.

Free Parking in BSU’s Lincoln Garage:

Steps to pay for parking:

  1. After parking your vehicle in the Lincoln Garage and taking down your license plate
    number, proceed to one of the parking payment machines.
  2. Enter your license plate number.
  3. Select: 1) Purchase Ticket
  4. The name of your event will be listed here. Use the keypad to select
    the corresponding number.
  5. You have now completed the process and a receipt will print.

You do not need to place this receipt on your dash; it is just for your
